Nokia C3-01 touch&type is a second touch-enable S40, with 5MP camera, 3G and adds Wi-Fi (802,11 b/g/n).  The new C3-01 has a 2.4″ touchscreen. It’s got quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity and also 3G with HSPA. The internal memory is expandable by microSD cards up to 32GB. The Nokia C3-01 Touch and Type has a slim stainless steel body – it measures 111 x 47.5 x 11mm.

The Nokia 5250 is a S60 5th Edition device with a resistive touch screen and tactile feedback. The device has a 2.8“, bright nHD (640 x 360 pixels and 16:9 aspect ratio) display with a customizable home screen. Input methods include full screen QWERTY, alphanumeric keypad and handwrite recognition. Other features include a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0 +EDR, and USB 2.0 High-Speed.

In Beta 2 we are excited to introduce an ARM optimized version of our latest Carakan JavaScript engine. JavaScript execution speed is increase about 4 times!

We are releasing Beta 2 to encourage user feedback on the updated JavaScript engine. So we encourage all users of Symbian phones, advanced or novice, to try out this beta 2 and report bugs in the forums.

Known issues in the 10.1 Beta 2:

• Higher memory usage for Carakan with JIT compilation.
• Due to timing issues with different geolocation information providers (WiFi, cell towers, GPS) first request may have poor precision
• Fast scrolling on Touch devices not optimized for page rendering
• Opera Link may not work when using APN with a proxy configured
• Some SVGT images may appear to freeze on Nokia E-series phones
• If SIM card is not registered, or phone is in flight mode, first geolocation request in a browser session may fail
